During the July 15th, 2007 50th reunion breakfast, the Emerson "kids" from 56
and 57 held their own get-together.   It was during this event that Jack
Berryman suggested that since we do nothing but talk about our Emerson teachers,
we should do something to honor them.   All present agreed and Wilma
(Blewett) Puich was put in charge of "doing something".
Wilma decided on a plaque, see attached, which would hang in the school for all to see.   The plaque was presented to the school on Wednesday, September 26th, 2007.   Attending the event were:
The event was covered by the Montana Standard and received a front page color story.   The article appeared in the paper on thursday, September 27th, 2007.
