Just a few notes about this web site project before we begin :

The first screen is a 1950s map of all of Butte and, sorry to say, the street names may be a bit too small to comfortably read.   Therefore it has been divided into 4 sections.   Each section is labeled with an "Area" button.   Clicking on one of these buttons will bring up an enlarged image of only that section of town.

Once an "Area" map has been displayed, note that it will contain marker pins for each grade school.   These orange push pins are actual links.   Clicking on a push pin will bring up the photos of that school and students.

Remember there are NO return navigation links at the bottom of each page, so you must use your internet browser's "Back" button to return to the previous map page for another selecton.
