Unfortunately a full obit has not yet been discovered.

      Bruce was a member of the graduating class of 1956.

      The information I have is limited.   Hope it is correct.   Bruce was born in New York City to Ms. Helen Brown and Dr. William Talbot.  He died in Phoenix, Arizona where he resided.   He married Darlene McIntosh.  Bruce began work in 1960 and retired in 1999 with 39 years service as the Chief Director of Land Management for the Department of the Interior.
