Beverly C. Burns, 69 of Port Orchard, WA died May 10, 2008.   She was born November 3, 1938 in Creston, Iowa to Jerald & Marjorie (Smith) Gustin.   She graduated from Butte High School in Butte, Montana in 1956 and married Robert D. Burns on May 29, 1961 in Deer Lodge, Montana.

      Beverly retired as a Retail Supervisor for K-Mart.   She was an active member of Port Orchard Methodist Church, Ombudsman for Senior Citizens, and a former parish council member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard.   She enjoyed collecting dolls & music boxes, various craft activities, and her pet Chihuahua "Marmaduke".

      Surviving are sons Jeffrey (Lorie) of Bremerton, Rodger and Raymond, both of Port Orchard;   daughter Pamela of Port Orchard;   sister Rita Rae Kullar of Butte, MT;   grandchildren Christian, Justin, Aaron, Brandon, Rochelle, Cody, Tiffany & Hailey.   She was preceded in death by daughter Tina Marie and brother Gary Lee Gustin.
