Funeral services for Connell F. Coffing, 36, a member of the State Real Estate Board, will be Thursday at 2 in Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.   The Rev. Warren Pechman will officiate.   Burial wil be in Mountain View Cemetery.

      The family suggests memorials be sent to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church organ fund.   Wayrynen-Richards Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

      Mr. Coffing died Monday in a local hospital following a lingering illness.   He lived at 108 Country Club Lane.

      Born Aug. 2, 1937, in Butte, Mr. Coffing received his education in Butte and in North Dakota where he moved as a child.   He returned to Butte in 1957.   His occupation was real estate and land development.

      In 1963 he married Ardith Merry in Denver.   She survives as do his sons, Brett and Scott;   Parents Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Coffing;   brother, Dean, and sisters Carolyn Phillips, Kay Forsman and Mary Coffing.   All are of Butte.
