Dorothy Ann (Nankervis) McNair,   71

      Mrs. Dorothy Ann McNair, 71 died peacefully surrounded by family on July 29 2010, in Las Vegas, Nev.

      Dorothy was born on Jan. 20, 1939, in Butte to Richard and Elsie (McGrath) Nankervis.   She attended local grade schools and graduated from Butte High School in 1957.

      After graduation, Dorothy moved to Las Vegas.   It was while working at the Golden Nugget Casino that she met Louie McNair. They were married on March 20, 1961.

      In 1975, Dorothy and Louie purchased the Brown Derby and moved to Georgetown Lake.   Dorothy enjoyed sewing; especially Halloween costumes for her grandchildren, traveling, baking and loved socializing and visiting with the customers at the Brown Derby.

      She was preceded in death by her parents Elsie and Richard Nankervis;   brother, Richard Nankervis;   and sister, Shirley Herbst.

      She is survived by her husband Louie, of Georgetown Lake;  daughters, Terri of Las Vegas, Toni (Joe) and their children Jayden, Keegan and Nolan of Fremont, Calif.;   sons, Danny (Kumiko) and their children Eileen and Liam of Los Angeles Calif., Shawn of Georgetown Lake;   and stepson Raymond (Kim);   grandson Matthew (Amanda);   and great-grandson Ryan, of Las Vegas, Nev.

      Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Peters Catholic Church in Anaconda, Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2010, at 10:30 a.m.   Memorials are requested to Discovery House of Anaconda.

      Services are under the care of the KT Riddle Funeral Homes, Anaconda.
