Irma was born the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Joe Y Doney in 1938 in Montana.   She was killed in a car accident 15 Miles West of Butte.   She lived with her parents before coming to Butte in 1953 and graduated from Butte High School in 1956.

      She was employed by Dunn and Bradstreet before she took the switchboard position at St James Hospital in February.

      Survivors in addition to her parents include brothers and sister-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Donald J Doney of Butte, Mr. & Mrs. Ted Doney of Missoula and Mr. & Mrs. Norman Doney of Winnett,   brothers-in-law and sisters Mr. & Mrs. Hoyt Adams of Butte, Mr. & Mrs. Leo Latray of Hamilton, Mr. & Mrs. Alex LaFountain of Lewistown, and Mr. & Mrs. James Dess of Hilger and several nieces and nephews and aunts & uncles.

      Requiem mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:15 oclock in St Patrick Church.   Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.   The body is in Duggan Merrill Mortuary
