Obituary notice for
Thomas Joseph Cash   74

      Thomas Joseph Cash, son of Mary and Thomas Cash, died after a brief illness on Oct. 15, 2013.

      He was born July 11, 1939, in Butte.   He graduated from Butte High School in 1957 and got a degree from the Montana State University School of Architecture.   After graduation he went on to work for a number of architecture firms in Butte and ended his career at Butte-Silver Bow government in community development.

      Tom is survived by the three children he had with Pam, his wife of more than 50 years — Kathy Arnold (Doug) of Tucson, Ariz., Tom Cash of Wenatchee, Wash., and Rusty Cash of Bigfork.   He also has three granddaughters, Emily and Elizabeth Cash (Tom) and Alexandra Cash (Rusty).   He is also survived by his sister, Carol and her husband, Dick Meissinger, as well as a brother, cousins, nephews, nieces, and other relatives.

      Tom enjoyed Montana and all that went along with it, hunting, fishing, skiing, and camping with his family and many lifelong friends and most especially his trusted friend, Charlie.   The family is planning a private celebration of Tom’s life for his family and close friends
