After graduating in '57, I joined the Marine Corps. In the Corps I spent time in Japan
and California as an aircraft mechanic. I married Connie Cummings, class of '58, and
as I had two years left on my enlistment we moved to Southern California. When I got
out of the Corps we moved to Colorado but only stayed for less than a year. We moved
back to California where we lived for 45 years.

I worked in manufacturing most of the time as a machined parts inspector, quality
manager, manufacturing engineer, manufacturing manager and co-owner of a small,
28 man machine shop. I also owned and operated an 18 wheel sand and gravel truck.

Connie and I have two sons and two grand daughters. In July of 2005 I decided to retire.
We moved to Las Vegas, and are settled in our new home. This is as far as Connie
was willing to get from our grand daughters.
