Spent 2 years in the US Army (61-63)
Teacher and coach in Montana public schools for 28 years (59-60, 63-76, 79-93). Men's basketball coach and athletic director at Montana Tech in Butte for 3 years (76-79). Retired from teaching in the spring of 1993. Director of the Parking Commission in Kalispell for 4 years (94-98). Started coaching again as an assistant coach at Flathead High School in Kalispell for boy's and girl's track, and as an assistant at Bigfork for boy's basketball and now girl's basketball (99-present). Married 49 years to my wife Kay -- raised 4 children -- Joan, Jeff, Jim and Julie -- and have 9 wonderful grandchildren. |
